DIY Umbrellovely!

DIY umbrella!!! First, I’m so excited when they told us that we were going to make our own design for our umbrellas. I immediately seek for some designs that is related to my major and will also remind me of my memories here. So, I chose “Parts of Speech” to be the topic that is related to my major and put some examples for each featuring Udon Thani, Thailand!

Students taking masters in Science led by Miss ______ helped us to design our umbrellas. Since we cannot write in Thai,They do it for us. (1...2...3...SMILE!)

I think DIY umbrella is a good implementation for the students. We can relate many things to it. This is an additional learning and strategy for me. The day was so satisfying. Not just we’ve got new umbrellas but we were also able to make new friends here. I post some pictures of this activity to my Facebook account and one of my professor in RCI in the Philippine told me that I should share it also with them there. I hope there are more to come. This is my first time doing that kind of thing. Must share and must try.
