Opening Ceremony of SEA Teacher Project Faculty of Education, Udon Thani Rajabhat University

After Airport, They took us in UDRU for registration, orientation and presentation. during orientation, they served us hot chocolate drink, Orange juice, grapes, and some desserts for our breakfast. Another breakfast indeed!!!! :P

Miss Kim informed us about UDRU and what we need to know and do during our stay here (e.g. assigned schools, grade levels to teach, co-adviser in UDRU, our dormitories, etc. ). She also presented to us some blogs from the former SeaTeachers for us to have some ideas of what we should do with our blogs.

After orientation, we've met Asst.Prof.Dr. Chatchai Muangpathom, the acting president of UDRU, to welcome us, SEA Teachers from Philippines and Indonesia. I don't know where the president was but sir Chatchai was so nice and cool. :P

Lunch at UDRU. Foods here are really different from the PH. It's kinda Spicy and they do not cook their vegetables. But it's good and I think it's nutritious.

After lunch, miss Kim told us to sleep for awhile before we start our next activity. we all went to our dorms and take a nap. I haven't slept in the airport while waiting for the next flight because I'm afraid we might lose our baggages so I was really sleepy that time. When we got in our dorms, I changed my clothes and set my alarm clock to 2 pm since the next activity would start at 3 pm and went to bed. zzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzxzzzzzzZZZZZZZZ......... I overslept huhu. I was awaken by a voice calling my name.... It's from Honey! (the girl who accompanied us from the airport to the school. I took my phone to see what time is it, and BOOM! it's 4 pm already... too much sleep will kill you, I thought XD haha I was really tense that time. I change my clothes immediately and went with Honey to go to the activity. When we got there, I don't know if I will open the door or not. So much embarassment haha. Then they all look at me BWAHAHA. Miss Kim told me that it's okay because she knows that we're really tired! (Kuddos for miss Kim!) hehe. And so the activity begins!... "FINDING YOUR BUDDY" was the name of the activity. the mechanics was, we will be given a piece of paper with a clue inside. Clues will lead you to your buddy. Buddies are the ones who will guide and help us during our stay here in Udon Thani. I was given a paper with a clue: "We have met each other since this morning. :) Nice to meet you. <3" after reading this, I already knew who it was...

It's HONEY! and she's so sweet. I really appreciate her for waking me up. haha :) I have a sweet buddy now. :D

After finding our buddies, they've presented us a Thai Dance which is called "Bai Sri Su kwan Dance". This dance is a traditional welcome ceremony. After the dance performance, it's time for our dinner. :)
